THE IMAGINAL HEMP PROCESS

Superior Hemp-Based Products

At Imaginal, we believe that if you want to create the best products available, excellence must be a priority at every stage. With this as a guidepost, we partner with the right people and companies to achieve a high standard of business. We have chosen partners who cultivate the highest quality hemp for our hemp derived CBD products.

Quality Tested Ingredients

To further our mission of #makingeverythingbetter, the Imaginal team chose to source its ingredients, including raw hemp compounds, from U.S. based growers, manufacturers and distributors of hemp-derived phytocannabinoids.

These partnerships ensure that every single ingredient used is meticulously sourced and lab tested to ensure Imaginal product formulations are the highest quality possible.

THE #1 THC-FREE BROAD SPECTRUM BRAND

The Imaginal Process

Step 1: Superior Ingredients

Imaginal products are made with strains of hemp that are high in CBD. All of the hemp we use is grown in nutrient-rich soil in the United States under strict guidelines. State-of-the-art farming enhances the quality of our ingredients, makes sure our products are safe, regulated and superior in their potency and consistency.

Step 2: Raw Hemp Processing

Imaginal products come from hemp plants that are dried and warehoused after they are harvested. The plant is then milled into a coarse powder for production. The milling process adheres to the highest standards in the industry.

Step 3: Proprietary Extraction

Imaginal products are created using a proprietary hemp extraction and purification process that involves supercritical CO2, a commonly used method of extraction. This makes sure that many of hemp’s beneficial phytocannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids are preserved in the process. The result? The highest quality broad spectrum hemp oil available.

While CBD on its own offers many benefits, a growing body of research has found that a broad spectrum product leads to multiplying benefits. This is called the entourage effect. Once extracted, undesirable plant solids like waxes are removed from the oil.

Step 4: Separation

Before further refinement, the hemp extract is separated from the supercritical CO2 used in the extraction process. Once this step is completed, the CO2 is recycled and used again in the distillation process.

Step 5: THC Removal and Refining

THC and other unwanted compounds still present in the oil (wax, chlorophyll, plant pigments) are removed with proprietary technology.

As you can see on our lab reports, our products contain no detectable THC.(Essentially what that means is that the THC is 0.00006%. However, this level is non detectable in lab tests due to such a very small amount.)

Step 6: Third-Party Lab Testing

Imaginal products go through rigorous third-party lab testing. Every batch receives the most comprehensive testing available: microbial (E. coli, yeast, mold), potency (ensuring what’s on the label is in the bottle), heavy metals (lead, arsenic, mercury and cadmium) and pesticides (60 total).

Each of our products includes a QR code linking to both the internal lab reports on the raw oil and the third-party testing on the finished product.

Step 7: Nanoemulsion Technology

Imaginal water soluble products go through another processing step. The raw hemp oil goes through a proprietary process that transforms it into nano-sized emulsions resulting in drastically increased bioavailable broad spectrum CBD products.

Products consisting of hemp oil particles are anywhere between 100 and 1000 nanometers in size. Our particles are around 25. This small size leads to much more effective absorption.

This nanoemulsion process can make our water soluble products at least two times more bioavailable than oil-based products. In addition to the nanoemulsion process, water-soluble hemp powder made from proprietary technology is used in our pet chews and energy mix — since your body has difficulty absorbing oil, this water-soluble format is also more bioavailable than standard hemp oil.

You can use less of the product made with these processes to achieve the same level of benefit as the products sold by most of our competitors. #Makingeverythingbetter
